Earning An Income Online
I actually put a link up on my blog http://watr2gas.blogspot.com back in January when we exchanged links with each other and I am surprised to say that she is doing pretty good sofar, so good that I actually signed up myself today and will do the same thing as her ($%^^&&**&%$ should have joined in January I guess):-((Earning An Income Online
GREEN MOVING! for your State!
You will find all the information necessary , that you will need if and when you are ready to move either now or 3-6 months down the road like me, it really helped me out to put at least 2 different State reviews side by side in order to compare with each other where they stood on issues like not just taxes and unemployment (any side can give you that), but if you take a closer look, I went for the GREEN way to move, since I am going all Solar and Wind and of the grid with a Electric Vehicle (probably a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle).
That was my first push, next a warmer region, (for the average hours of sun for my Solar-system), I am so exited about it, since I want to be part of the solution instead of the problem!!!!!!!!!
Since I am a General Contractor by trade, my next goal will and shall be Energy-Star homes but not just any home, Mine will be LEED Certified (highly uncommon for the residential Market) and on top of that Platinum LEED Certified, besides having the green seal, and being Tornado-proof, Hurricane-proof up to Cat4, rot-proof, radon-proof, termite-proof, burglary proof ( with a feature I have seen in Germany).
That will be another story and another website, that is why it is was so important to pick out the right State, hence my research!

Everybody knows about Ebay by now, with 26% marketshare on the internet, and the average user spending 43 minutes overhere, it is ranked #8, (last time I checked)
Overhere you can actually make money if you play it cool and if you like dealing with people and even turn this in a small business (if you like)

A quote I like to go by,: "Credit is like drugs, instant gratification, longterm side-affects"!!!!!!!!!!
The credit-industry is as we all know all-mighty and powerfull with plenty of lobbyists in Washington , blocking anything that might be of hinderance to them ( in order to suck out more money out of the regular John and Jane Doe).
It is the only one (that I know of ,correct my if I am wrong please)that is NOT regulated, so they can set their own rates and fees, and regulations, let's see we have an annual fee, a late fee, over the limit fee, etc. etc.
Now they got something new again , watch this one carefully!!!!!!!!!
UNIVERSAL DEFAULT, (late with one credit card gives them a chance to jack up your payments and interest rates from e.g. 12 % to 21% overnite)for ALL YOUR credit-cards, no matter who the issuer is!
And with the average consumer creditcard outstanding right now at $8000.00 it doesnt look good!
If you do have a credit-card , the best thing is to pay it OFFFFFFFFFFFFFF.
Second of all, if you really need one keep the balans at 30-50% of the card total balans, e.g. $400 balance on a $1000 credit-limit!(I know this is tough, nowadays, but if you are here, please evaluate what Live is all about, even in the Bible they said , he whoever owes money is a slave to the master, DON'T BE A SLAVE ANYMORE!, become Debtfree!
